Kendal assumed the role of Vice Provost for Campus Life and Dean of Students in February 2014, after serving as Interim Dean of Students since January 2013. She joined the Dean of Students Office in Fall 2009, providing leadership in the areas of student accountability, academic integrity, disruptive/threatening behavior, LGBTQ Affairs, the Women & Gender Resource Center, as well as many other aspects of the office.
