  • Internal Governance

    • Appointed Professionals Advisory Council (APAC)

      The Appointed Professionals Advisory Council (APAC) represents professional employees by taking an active role in shared governance and advising the University administration and other UA organizations on matters of concern to Appointed Professionals.

    • Associated Students of the University of Arizona (ASUA)

      UA Student Government - ASUA offers a wide variety of programs and services that students can both help organize and utilize.

    • Faculty Senate

      The legislative body that represents the general faculty of the University; responsible for areas such as creating policies for academic personnel, instruction and curriculum, research, student affairs, ethics and more.

    • Graduate & Professional Student Council (GPSC)

      Promotes the academic, economic and social aims of the graduate and professional students of the UA.

    • President's Office

      Office of Dr. Ann Weaver Hart, 21st president of the University of Arizona.

    • Provost's Office

      The Provost is the chief operating officer with responsibilities for the entire university budget including the Arizona Health Sciences Center.

    • Staff Advisory Council

      Exists to foster and enhance communications between the classified staff and the University community.

    • Strategic Planning & Budget Advisory Committee (SPBAC)

      In consultation and dialogue with the President, the Provost, and the University community, the Strategic Planning and Budget Advisory Committee (SPBAC) supports and enhances the success of the University.

      A university-wide committee that participates in the shared governance process at the University of Arizona.
