Each hyperlink title is meaningful and adequately describes the link's destination.
Some users move through a web site using a TAB key to move from link to
link instead of clicking with a mouse. Users using speech readers like
Jaws or users with mobility impairments often rely on the tab key to move
easily through web pages.
Hyperlink titles like 'Click Here' that are not meaningful can cause
problems because they do not adequately describe where the hyperlink leads
to. Users using the tab key only hear or see 'Click Here' and have no idea
what is behind the link.
