Note:
Changes to the phonebook take one business day to take effect.
Employees:
Official Information:
Your official personnel records provide most of the information
displayed within the phonebook:
- Name
- Title
- Type [Staff, Faculty, etc]
- Department
- Office phone number
- Office address
- POBOX
You can update your official personnel information by submitting an
updated
Personnel Action Form (PAF). Contact the payroll representative within
your department for assistance with updating your PAF.
How to change your official University of Arizona email address
- To change your official University of Arizona email address, print a copy of your Personnel Action Form (PAF), mark the ÒUA EmailÓ field with the appropriate updates and submit to Systems Control for processing.
- Remember that an official University email account is one ending in arizona.edu.
- Note: Employees with medium level and high level access to UAccess Analytics are able to view and print their PAFÕs. Employees with low level access to UAccess Analytics will need to work with their supervisor to access this information.
Accessing and Updating your PAF:
(medium level and high level UAccess Analytics users):
- Navigate to the UAccess Portal: http://uaccess.arizona.edu
- Select "Analytics/Reporting" under UAccess Analytics
- Login with your UA NetID and password
- Using the "Employee" drop down menu on the top toolbar, select the "Business Manager Homepage"
- Under Forms, select the "Personnel Action Form" link
- Enter your UA Employee ID (EMPLID)
- Select "View"
- Print your PAF
- Update the "UA Email" field with an arizona.edu email address
- Submit to Systems Control
