Video: Financial Aid Staff Performs Dance 'Dares' as Part of UA Cares
Two dance groups and a solo artist took to the floor of the Administration building lobby Valentine's morning to perform the culmination of their department's fall UA Cares fundraiser.
The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid put out several "I Dare You" jars in the Administration lobby during UA Cares. Each jar was labeled with a different embarrassing task and person or people who were willing to do it. Anyone who passed through the lobby was invited to choose a dare they wanted to see carried out and put money in that jar.
The financial aid office put on several fundraisers, including the dare jar contest, to raise money for the Arizona Assurance Scholars Program, for which there was a dollar-for-dollar match this year from an anonymous donor.
