UITS Surveys Lead to Online Video Resources, New Outlook Workshop
University of Arizona employees spoke, and University Information Technology Services heard the message loud and clear. Employees want more training options for using the UAConnect system.
In July, UITS emailed a survey to all campus employees – about 12,000 people – asking about the types of help people wanted after the migration of employee email to the campus-based UAConnect system.
Of the survey's 740 respondents, 62.4 percent indicated an interest in learning more about Outlook 2010 for Windows, while 14.6 percent said they want more information on using Outlook 2011 for Mac and 27.6 percent wanted to learn more about the Outlook Web Application, the online version of UAConnect.
