UAnswers Offers Online Tech Help
When faced with technology questions (How do I know if my computer has a virus? How do I sync my online calendar with my phone?) many of us turn to sources like Google for the answers. But a new online support system at the University of Arizona is offering UA employees and students an alternative online resource to help them find solutions faster.
UAnswers, at https://uanswers.arizona.edu, was launched this semester by University Information Technology Services and the 24/7 IT Support Center. It allows UA employees and students to search for answers on a range of information technology questions, from campus-specific issues such as UAccess-related queries to general software questions. read more »
