By day, University of Arizona professor of pediatrics Sean Elliott teaches medical students and treats pediatric infectious diseases.
By night, Elliott's infectious rhythms get people on their feet, jamming to the music.
And soon, one of his musical dreams will be realized.
"This is a dream come true," says Elliott. He's referring to the fact that his rock band, Jammin' w/Jelly, is the opening act for the George Thorogood & the Destroyers and Molly Hatchet benefit concert on Oct. 7 at Casino del Sol's AVA Amphitheater.
