It takes a village to form a mentoring program.
By now, most people have seen those cell phone commercials – the ones in which a woman is on her cell, asking, "Can you hear me now?" as she is followed by a team of people making sure she has reception.
To start thinking properly about finding mentors, it's good for people to think of that cell phone as their career and that network of people behind walking behind as mentors. Yes, that's right, mentors in the plural.
