Tobacco 'Quit & Win' Participation Up Since UA Health Network Went Smoke-Free

The past two months have been the best Erick Martin has had in a long time. The reason: He hasn't had a cigarette since Feb. 4.

"It's the greatest thing that's ever happened to me," says Martin, a security officer with The University of Arizona Medical Center - University Campus.

"I no longer have to plan my life around when I can have a cigarette. I can actually enjoy my time around people. I find myself getting a lot more stuff done at home, since I don't have to take a smoking break."
