Survey Asks: What Drives Employee Giving?

A survey created by graduate students in the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management is exploring the charitable giving habits of UA employees.

The survey, available online now, looks at what factors most influence employees' decisions to donate to charity, how they decide which organization should receive their donation, in what form they prefer to make their contributions and more.

Its results will be shared with organizers of the UA Cares annual employee giving campaign, which has seen a decline in donations in recent years, from $441,559 in 2006 to less than $300,000 in 2010.  read more »
