Shelton: Cuts Won't Solve State Budget Problem

The University of Arizona is at a crossroads, with state support for higher education declining, the price tag of a college education increasing and University leaders struggling to convey the importance of public universities to the state's elected officials, President Robert N. Shelton said  Thursday.
