Sander Talks ASU, UAConnect, Leadership at Town Hall
Arizona State University became a frequent topic of conversation as University President Eugene G. Sander fielded questions for nearly an hour at his second Tucson town-hall-style forum.
He held a similar event at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix in September, and he kicked off the Tucson series last month. His final forum of the semester is at noon Dec. 8 at The University of Arizona Medical Center - University Campus, 1501 N. Campbell Ave., in DuVal Auditorium.
About 60 people gathered to hear him speak at the Nov. 16 town hall in Gallagher Theater, with Provost Jacqueline Mok facilitating. Many of the questions Sander answered were emailed ahead of time and asked by Mok. Some audience members asked questions as well.
