Pharmacy College's Katz Attends Exhibition and Conference in Riyadh

For the first time, the College of Pharmacy's director of international programs joined a UA delegation to a worldwide event in Saudi Arabia in hopes of garnering interest from Saudi students.

Michael Katz attended the third annual International Exhibition and Conference on Higher Education April 17-20 in Riyadh. He was part of a five-member delegation from the University of Arizona, which has sent people all three years the event has been held.

Katz was invited this time because last year's group fielded many questions from prospective students about pharmacy and other health science professions.

And there are a lot of prospective students to do the asking.
