New Scholarship Supports Professional Development for APs
With budgets tightening across campus, it can be hard for departments to pay for professional development activities for their employees. A new scholarship offered by the Appointed Professionals Advisory Council aims to help by providing financial support to appointed personnel on campus.
The APAC Professional Development Scholarship, recently awarded for the first time to 11 employees, will be given twice a year to fund activities such as workshops, conferences, trainings and college courses.
