New Financial System, Electronic Help Desk Among Mosaic Initiatives Moving Forward
As the University of Arizona's Mosaic Project, which aims to replace aging administrative computer systems on campus, moves forward, a variety of the project's initiatives are reaching milestones.
Among them are systems that will allow for the electronic submission of technical support requests campuswide, that will enable students to better track their progress toward their degrees, and that will significantly reduce the amount of paperwork involved with financial transactions on campus.
