New Faculty Recruitment Proposal and Offer Tool Available in UAccess
A new online tool designed to centralize the faculty recruitment process at the University of Arizona will also help determine whether salary inequities exist among faculty members on campus.
The Recruitment Proposal and Offer tool, or RPO, was designed to streamline a process that has until now been done primarily on paper and through back-and-forth conversations between the parties involved. It will record and preserve data about decisions made at the various stages of faculty recruitment, such as position approvals and salary offers and negotiations.
