New Campus Rec Weight Loss Program Offers Diet and Exercise Coaching
The weight management experts at Campus Recreation, Life & Work Connections and the Campus Health Service have joined together to introduce the Wildcat Weight Loss program to the campus community.
Led by a team of certified personal trainers and registered dietitians, Wildcat Weight Loss combines safe and effective exercise with nutritional coaching that is catered to individual needs for those looking to enhance their health and well-being.
"The program was designed to meet campus demands for a weight loss program and it was created with the specific intent of maximizing the resources the University of Arizona currently has," said Mark Zakrzewski, assistant director of fitness for Campus Recreation. read more »
