Management in Action Program Helps Campus Managers Hone Their Skills
As students head back to class this month, so will some managers at the University of Arizona. About 30 employees will participate in the University's Management in Action Program, which teaches campus managers how to be effective leaders and how to get results from those they manage.

During that time, participants will attend a series of eight professional development sessions on a variety of topics, including leadership during organizational change, effective organizational communication, and issues related to staffing, recruiting and hiring.
