HR Financial Education Classes to Cover Retirement, Planning for Women

University of Arizona employees nearing retirement can learn about the key financial risks they'll face – as well as how to convert savings into an income stream after they leave their jobs – during the next class in the Human Resources financial education series.

The free lunchtime Financial Education Program is available to all UA employees and features presentations from the three approved vendors for the Optional Retirement Plan – although employees don't have to participate in or be eligible for the ORP to benefit from the financial information. The three vendors are TIAA-CREF, Fidelity and VALIC.

After a successful program run last year, HR is again offering the financial planning classes throughout the spring semester for employees interested in planning for their financial futures.
