Hart Talks to APAC About Old Main, Professional Development, 2020 Goals
University of Arizona President Ann Weaver Hart spent almost an hour answering employee questions during the Appointed Professionals Advisory Council's annual meeting Tuesday afternoon.
In her first Q-and-A forum with employees since taking office this summer, Hart injected occasional humor into her responses to inquiries on topics ranging from the renovations at Old Main, a potential smoking ban on the Arizona Health Sciences Center campus, how to create advancement opportunities for mid-level employees and how the UA measures up in reaching the 2020 goals set by the Arizona Board of Regents.
