Favorite thing about working at the UA: About the U of A and the School of Music in particular, there’s an attitude of joyous creativity. I can go to my director and say, "I have to take my harpists to Shanghai because we’ve been invited to play at the World Expo." And other schools would say, "Well, no, we don’t have the money. It’s not possible." And people here will say, "That’s a great idea. I’ll help you as much as I can. How are you going to do it?"
