Bee Succeeds Fahey as Head of State Relations
Tim Bee, who left the governor's office in May to become a lobbyist for the University of Arizona, has been named associate vice president for state relations.
In his new position, Bee will oversee the University's communications with the Legislature and the governor, advise campus officials on proposed legislation and make the UA's case when it comes to presenting its budget proposal to lawmakers.
He succeeds longtime UA lobbyist Greg Fahey, who will become chief strategic advisor for state initiatives.
