The Arizona Board of Regents Faculty, Staff and Students of The University of Arizona Invite the Community to the Inauguration of Dr. Ann Weaver Hart
as the Twenty-First President of the University Friday, November 30, 2012 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Centennial Hall The University of Arizona Tucson, Arizona

Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a community reception on the lawn of the Arizona State Museum. 

There is no cost for the event or the reception. The general public seating in Centennial Hall will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The audience needs to be seated by 3 p.m.

Free Parking is available in the Tyndall Garage at Tyndall and Fourth Street. Please let the parking attendant know that you attended the Inauguration. 

Shuttles will be available from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. for those who need assistance in getting to Centennial Hall from the garage.

For UA Faculty

All UA faculty are invited to celebrate this occasion at a luncheon prior to the procession, from 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., in the South Ballroom of the Student Union. 

The faculty of the University are invited to robe and march in a formal procession, converging at Old Main before entering Centennial Hall. Robing will follow the luncheon, also in the South Ballroom. The procession will leave the South Ballroom at approximately 2:30 p.m. Faculty do not need to attend the luncheon to robe and process. Only robed individuals will be permitted to process.

All faculty should RSVP by November 23, 2012, to the Faculty Center at facultycenter@email.arizona.edu for the luncheon and/or procession. Please include your college in your RSVP.

For UA Staff

Staff will robe and process from the Student Union Gallagher Theater and should be present, in robe, by 2:15 p.m. Only robed individuals will be permitted to participate in the procession. Staff who wish to process should RSVP by November 23, 2102, to the Faculty Center at presrsvp@email.arizona.edu.
