Lehman BensonEller College of Management, Department of Management and Policy. Lehman Benson (PhD., University of Lund Sweden, 1993) joined the Management and Policy Department of the Eller College of Management in 1995. His teaching interests include Organizational Behavior, The Ethical, Political, Legal Environment of Business and Organizational Theory. Dr. Benson has co-authored numerous publications and articles, most of which deal with organizational psychology and behavior. Faculty Fellow Role:Dr. Benson became a Faculty Fellow in 1995 and currently serves the students in the Arizona-Sonora residence hall.
Judy TempleWomen's Studies and English Judy Nolte Temple teaches in both the Women's Studies and English Departments. Her research passion is studying women's journals as their frank autobiographies. Professor Temple spent half of 2002 in Wellington, New Zealand as a Senior Fulbright researcher. Her topic was 19th-century missionary women's diaries. Faculty Fellow Role:Judy Temple is the Faculty Fellow at Posada San Pedro, an honors residence hall. She loves hearing students play the piano and helping plan events such as their Spring Poetry night. Judy says, "My time at PSP energizes me and reminds me of why I love the college experience." |
Michael DuesCommunication Michael Dues (Ph.D., Communication and American Studies, Indiana University, 1973) joined the Department of Communication faculty in 1995 where he has served as department Head, and as Director of Undergraduate Studies. He teaches courses in organizational communication, conflict management, small group communication, and argumentation, and is co-author of three texts in the communication field. Faculty Fellow Role:What Dr. Dues loves most is working one on one with students, so Faculty Fellows is his all time favorite assignment. He serves as a Faculty Fellow to the members of Delta Gamma Sorority, spending an evening each week at the sorority house. "I tell the DGs to think of me as if I were an uncle that just happens to teach here, knows the university well, and is available to advise and help. We work on all manner of academic challenges and some personal problems, too. I cherish the privilege of really getting to know my students and really making a difference in their lives."
Supapan Seraphin Materials Science Professor Seraphin has been a Faculty Fellow since 2002. She had her office hours in Graham-Greenlee in 2002 and Maricopa Hall in 2003 and 2004.
