The Faculty Fellows program was created to connect students with   faculty outside the classroom, providing discussion and interaction that   lead to greater student success in the transition from high school to   college.

You use an empirically based approach to recruit and retain a diverse student, faculty, and staff while also intentionally and actively creating a specific set of opportunities to use this diversity to enhance learning and performance for the entire campus community.
