Colonia de la Paz Residence Hall
Colonia de La Paz was built in 1995 and is located on Highland Avenue between Lowell and Fourth Streets. This three-story hall houses 482 students and is uniquely designed with multiple courtyards and Southwest artifacts. Fine details are found throughout the hall. Open hallways, study bridge, small alcoves, and balcony areas are among the architectural features. Many of the resident rooms overlook two large and four small courtyards, each with different landscaping. A sundeck is also available to residents.
