Alumni Ambassador Program

Alumni Ambassador Program

Sarah Hathaway, BrazilA Wildcat International Alumni Ambassador is a volunteer who is willing to act as a liaison for the University of Arizona in their particular geographical region/country. This may occasionally include any or all of the following:

  • Identifying UA alumni that may live in your geographical region/country.

  • Collecting names, addresses, telephone numbers, emails, etc. when you meet them and sharing this information with the UA Alumni Association so we may update our records

  • Permitting the UA Alumni Association to share your name, telephone number, and email address with UA alumni who may be returning or moving to your geographical region/country, as well as faculty, staff, and UA students that may be visiting in your area, so they may seek information and assistance for their travel plans.

When representing the University of Arizona as a Wildcat international alumni ambassador, individuals are not required to plan any alumni activities or events, although any contact person certainly is welcome to do so.  In return for assuming the role of a Wildcat international alumni ambassador, the UA Alumni Association will:

  • Contact you at least once each year with updated information on the UA.

  • Offer resources for alumni networking in your region (informational brochures, support for events, club protocols etc).

If you are interested in becoming a Wildcat International Alumni Ambassador, please complete the application and submit it to International Affairs at the University of Arizona at the address below.
